folks who pledged 24 hours or more per year of complimentary service to
the PTTC are granted this designation; participate in brain storming sessions
with oil and gas producers who are seeking new ways to complete wells,
to characterize their reservoirs and find additional reserves from existing
fields, to reduce operational problems and to handle environmental compliance
matters with regulatory agencies.

The Appalachian
Basin Regional Resource Center
The Resource Center contains oil and gas publications,
digital reference lists and information system, hardware and software,
and access to oil and gas data that are both field and well specific. The
Resource Center is divided by a center office where visitors can talk privately
with one of the center's experts. In addition, three workstations and a
conference table are set up in the back of the room to accommodate several
visitors.
